Return Window: 14 business days from receipt.

Store Credit Only: Returns are eligible for store credit only.

Final Sale Items: Items on sale (30% off or more), accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tees, PJs, makeup, sweatshirts, swimwear, and athletic wear are final sale.

Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains or odors.

Return Process: Use the Returns Portal; include the packing slip; ship items back in original packaging.

Damaged Items: Report within 2 days with photos to shopootdcouture@gmail.com

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
